Hacker’s Brief

The Wyoming CAN Committee has incorporated the CyberWyoming Alliance’s Hacker’s Brief into the overall communications plan.

The Hacker’s Brief is a public service announcement that lets Wyoming citizens warn their friends and neighbors about phone, email, and text scams. Citizens simply forward their scam texts and emails to phishing@cyberwyoming.org or call/email and describe the scam. Then, the next week, the scam description is in the Hacker’s Brief.

The Hacker’s Brief is distributed to the Wyoming Press Association and picked up by some local newspapers. It is also distributed in business and association newsletters statewide.

If your organization would like to receive the Hacker’s Brief, please contact us at info@cyberwyoming.org.
